First Honda owned (bought used elsewhere) and brought in for an Express service oil change. Everyone I met was very friendly and willing to answer any questions about the car and dealership. Oil change was for an Express service oil change. Everyone I met was very friendly and willing to answer any questions about the car and dealership. Oil change was quick and they informed me I also needed a brake flush. Looking at the car's records, it was past due for a 3 year flush interval so I scheduled it for the following week. Kyle, service advisor was friendly. While they had it in the shop, they also looked at the windshield wiper fluid hose line that was leaking. All repairs completed and appear to be done well. Complementary car wash after maintenance was a pleasant surprise too. Building trust with a dealership after being at another for over 40 years is a tough thing for me to do, but I'm hoping Lute Riley is going to be the place I go for all the maintenance on this car. My only complaint, and something that I just need to remember in the future, is to remind them NOT to check my tire pressures. I have nitrogen filled tires and in checking them, the color-coded sensors are changed so now I have to make a trip to a Frisco dealership to have the nitrogen and caps reset. Also, after having my car at Lute Riley Honda, both evenings I was driving without headlamps on for a brief time not realizing the dealership personnel switched off the "auto-on" headlight feature. Not sure why, but I will remember next time to check it after being in service before nightfall and inquire why the next time I come in. Imagine there is a reason for it, since it happened twice. More

Excelllent due to Bobby who helped get my car checked in for an oil change and made sure I was taken care of.
