Stopped by on a Saturday with a dead battery. Was greeted immediately by Bobby. Quick testing on the battery by Roderick confirmed it was dead. I headed over to Rusty Wallis and found that the battery was in stock but I would have to pay $250 as the warranty could only be honored at Lute Riley. While waiting for the service to be done - I had to have a battery - I reconnected with Bobby asking for his clarification on the battery warranty. He very quickly had a manager call the manager at Rusty Wallis and the battery was honored under the warranty. My experiences with Lute Riley have always been exceptional and Bobby went above and beyond for me this day. I appreciate the managers at both locations for working this out for me as well. My service advisor, Marcus, at Rusty Wallis was so great as well! He kept me informed during this process as well and I so appreciate the communication between all to get me back up and running! More
