I was not happy with the service department. I bought my car from this dealership, and I dropped off my car at 7:30 am for the repair. I was told by Patrick(Representative of the service departm I bought my car from this dealership, and I dropped off my car at 7:30 am for the repair. I was told by Patrick(Representative of the service department) that it would take 4 to 6 hours to fix my car. He also told me that the shuttle service is available for pick-up and drop-off. I listed a preferred time between 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to pick me up from my house so I can pick up my car from the dealership. I waited until 5:30, and after that, I called the service department to follow up on my shuttle service, but I did not get a proper answer. I told the lady to transfer me to someone who could help me, but she said I could leave a voicemail for your salesperson in the service department. I waited until 6:00 PM, but there was no follow-up by the department. Finally at 6:15 PM I took an uber and came to the dealership to pick my car. I understand that due to traffic hours, it may take longer, but it is the responsibility of the department to inform the customer of the update. It seems very unprofessional. More
