Will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership they all lie to get a sale. My salesman Chuck lied to me about having an extra key for the vehicle I purchased then left me with under a quarter tank of f all lie to get a sale. I interacted with four different local Honda dealers over the course of about a month. Lute Riley was by far the most willing to deal with me in a forthcoming, respectful, and serious manner. They did not play games or resort to the sort of manipulative tactics that are common at auto dealerships. Critically, this sense of being treated fairly and with basic respect was consistent across all of the staff that we interacted with at Lute Riley Honda. Lastly, something else that I appreciated was that the number of dealer installed accessories on the vehicle I was interested in had been kept to a minimum. This seemed to enable Lute Riley to be more competitive on price than the other dealerships since Lute Riley wasn't trying to get me to share the cost of accessories that were already installed but that I wasn't interested in. More
