I worked with Karine Nelson when looking for the vehicle we wanted. As luck would have it, they had one coming in which we put a deposit down for. Kari was great throughout the process and was easy to work we wanted. As luck would have it, they had one coming in which we put a deposit down for. Kari was great throughout the process and was easy to work with. The reason why I removed one star is due to the finance aspect of it. Despite having an excellent credit score, the rate I was given was not competitive at all. I was also very displeased at the trade in value we were given when the dealership already had a “market adjustment” premium tacked on to the sticker price which is pure profit for them. The only reason I went through with the sale is due to Kari’s customer service. More
