Was not able to complete diagnostic as requested for a certified pre-owned that rattles when it accelerates. Maintenance and recall took 2 hours which was fine. Then a nail was discovered in one of the ti certified pre-owned that rattles when it accelerates. Maintenance and recall took 2 hours which was fine. Then a nail was discovered in one of the tires. Waited an additional hour+ for that to be done. Would have had to wait longer if I didn't tell the service rep I needed to leave. Still not sure if all the work was completed. Will have to have another mechanic take a look. More
