It' was pretty good So I've had a harsh past experience with car sales. Clutch going out within 4 days and a previous dealership wanting $1400 for repairs. With Billie she was very helpful and I felt that she wanted me to be confident in my car choice, and that I could be comfortably affording it. This was the first car I was having my name on the title, I'm a young adult. Later on signing the papers I was with Becky Stenson, Becky I felt as though she was rough, she wasn't giving me that customer service experience i had with Billie. I eventually had harsher tones towards her and I think she got the message, and loosened up. I really didn't appreciate her negative attitude and treating customers as more of a dollar sign than a person. She was also rude to the front desk person, right in front of me and my father, highly unprofessional. She's the one thing that bothered me. I definitely will buy from Billie specifically again, but if I again will not do paper work with Becky. More
