Taking used cars out for test drives one notices that the floor mats are replaced with plastic to protect the mats from getting dirty during test drives, this is a good idea. I was told some really obvious things like "the bed is in really condition" the side mirrors have turn signals in them" "the truck is really clean". I can see all of that with my own eyes, I was never told one negative thing, normal for car sales people. One is left to find the negatives on their own, again, normal car sales stuff. Here is the problem they took the floor mats out, normal, and when I took delivery on the vehicle there were no floor mats. Salesman was of no help, again pointed out a positive. Called the sales manager, ended up being the new car sales manager, he was not willing to find a solution. I ordered new floor mats online knowing they were not going provide me a solution. Called the used car manager and no real solution offered. I suggested some free oil changes to make things right, he was appalled at the suggestion. Left message with the GM but I am not holding my breath. Something as simple as finding a way to make the customer happy and they fail!!!! They didn’t even attempt to find a solution. !!WOW!! More

The man who sold me the car told me it was in "perfect condition passing green on a 50 point inspection". I get it home and the wiper fluid sprays out through the floor. Yeah - not perfect. He said they'd fix it, but he quit. Left voicemails and emails with varying people with 0 response as I explained my issue - they don't care and wouldn't even call me back to tell me that. I go in and the guys at the shop won't honor it. They don't legally need to fix it...but morally, yes. Lost a customer...will take my service elsewhere. More

I have to admit I usually dread going to dealerships from the moment you get out of your car you are usually hounded By one salesman after another. Personally I want to have the opportunity too look around and when I’m ready I will approach the salesman. Lupient and Rusty were a refreshing experience because that’s exactly what I was alllowed to do. In the end I ended up spending more money then I had planned but got the nicest 10 plus year old used vehicle I have ever seen. Whoever owned this truck took amazing care of it. I don’t think I would have ended with this vehicle at any other dealership, because I would have been pressured and just wanted to leave as quick as possible, I will be recommending “Rusty and Lupient to anyone looking for a vehicle. “ Best car buying experience”, Sam F. Ultimately, I chose another vehicle (Volkswagen, not Buick or GMC) at another dealership. I would not hesitate to work with Omar on a future purchase as I found him to be professional, friendly, and very in tune with the product. He did not try to "sell" me or feed me some of the typical sales manipulations. I found him to be straightforward and honest. If only more sales professionals handled themselves like Omar, the stereotype would be resolved. More

Getting the deal done! After finding several used vehicles on-line to consider, I came down and was immediately met by Omar outside after getting out of my vehicle. The first vehicle I went for was not as expected so Omar showed me two others. While these were not my primary color choices, I did find a diamond in the rough! After an initial low offer, I was able to work with Omar and then Tony to secure a deal I was looking for and satisfied both myself and the dealership. A little back and fourth was good for both parties. We completed the deal within 2-3 hours including my trade (leased vehicle) and I was out the door with my 2012 Tahoe that was almost as good as new with only 26,000 miles and found to be a Target Corporate vehicle with very limited use and in PERFECT condition for a 5 year old "used" vehicle! Thanks to Omar and Tony for stepping up and renewing this customer (second purchase here in 10 years...I will be back)! Keep your pencils sharp! More
