They tricked me pretty good, I’m disappointed in myself for letting it happen. I scheduled a test drive and they had the vehicle there ready for me and I was ready to make a deal. I was satisfied with the trade-in value, the salesman, and the experience as a whole and went home with a late model GMC. The next morning when I started my vehicle the engine was making an extremely loud ticking noise. It goes away when it warms up so obviously they knew about this issue and made sure the vehicle was warmed up when I got there. xxxxxxxx! More

Told by battery Plus need battery $165. 2 day wait, took to dealer asked to install. $506 when picked up. Charged $190 diagnostic when told them to put in battery. $278 for battery.
