Lundgren Subaru of Bennington

I bought a Subaru Outback from them with only 8,000 miles on it. The fuel pump was recalled and replaced at 20,000 miles. I also purchased the extended warranty for 6 years 100,000 miles. The vehicle currently has only 40,000 miles on it. I was recently left stranded in the middle of the road when I stalled at a 6 lane intersection. I called Subaru to make a claim. They claimed they have no record of my coverage. I called Lundgren who gave me my coverage number, but little assistance beyond that. I have gotten bounced back and forth from Subaru to the dealership for days. I have spent hours on the phone and no one wants to take any ownership of the issue. I am left with no vehicle and an extended warranty plan that seems to be essentially useless. I expected much more from Subaru and from the dealership. I am so disappointed in the lack of service.
