Terrible experience Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. My husband & I were looking for a used car for our son. We were shown several cars on the hill in th Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. My husband & I were looking for a used car for our son. We were shown several cars on the hill in the back that are sold “as is” we found a 2009 Honda Fit and agreed on a price. After test driving we asked them to check the ac since it did not blow cold air. The salesman assured us they would put it in the shop the next day to let us know if it needed to be recharged or if it’s a bigger problem. We also spoke to the general manager who reassured us that they would hold the car and get back to us tomorrow. No one ever contacted us we called them several times left messages with no returned call. We finally reached our salesman 2 days later, he said give me 5 mins and I’ll call you right back, never heard from him again. Our teenage son was so disappointed, he really liked the car and was so excited being his first car. My biggest complaint besides that fact that our salesperson was a scatterbrain and obviously the general manager has low standards on how they conduct business is that they could of just said NO to the sale of the car. It makes no sense why they put us through all of this especially knowing this was our son’s first car. The good news is we ended up finding a nicer car for our son at Toyota of Clifton Park and received great service from them. More

High pressure Everything went well until it came to talk numbers. Constantly withholding information or giving me the false information. Dealer did not even know what the mileage on the car they were selling until I told them. Requested to work with a salesman who knew about the car when i set up appointment but when I got there the salesman was unavailable so they stuck me with some pushy, typical, sleaze ball salesman who did not know anything about the vehicle. The only reason I bought the vehicle from them was that it was the exact vehicle I was looking for. My salesman did the typical negotiating bs the whole time with his typical sales manager. After waiting for my registration to come in the mail it turns out after I told them I wanted to transfer the plates from my old vehicle they disregarded that and sent me new ones. I also was rushed out of my trade in and left personal items that were expensive inside and tried to contact the dealership. They did not respond to my email, call me back, or acknowledge my mailed letter I sent them. Terrible staff. Good luck with them. P.S. I went to check what they listed my trade in as on their website and they listed it with 5,000 fewer miles on it. More

Restored my faith in dealer front-shop practices! Firstly, Bob Morin and Isaac Simon quickly negotiated a VERY fair price over the phone with zero haggle. My wife and I arrived mid-afternoon on a Satu Firstly, Bob Morin and Isaac Simon quickly negotiated a VERY fair price over the phone with zero haggle. My wife and I arrived mid-afternoon on a Saturday to find a brand new building buzzing with activity...It is a Subaru dealer in Vermont, after all. We were quickly set free for an extended test drive and greeted by Joe Mancini on return. Joe proceeded to seamlessly plow through the paperwork and phone call to insurance, including transit plate for New York state, while casually engaging in conversation about woodworking, the days of full-service gas stations and flying powered parachutes. The final few minutes of the transaction were with Ryan Farrell, signing off and paying up with more friendly conversation. The entire transaction went off without the slightest hitch. We were in and out in just over 2 hours with a used car price that was more private owner than dealer. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure. Star and Mike More

For instance on my first time there I had a printout through my insurance company for a guaranteed price at a different dealer. Benn. Subaru matched it, even though they were not in that program and the car had to be ordered. Delivery went well and Lynne personally took me through the Outback's features and the eyesight system (great by the way). Later when my son needed a car in a hurry, Lynne walked me through various used and new options. Chose a new Legacy and was again treated to a top notch experience. Paul from Troy, NY. More

However they offered me 1200.00 less than the guaranteed Suburu trade in price on my 2014 they advertised a reasonable price for a new 2017 Forester. However they offered me 1200.00 less than the guaranteed Suburu trade in price on my 2014 suburu and could not give me a reason why. The car was in excellent shape, within milage and had already been approved by two Suburu dealers for the guaranteed price. More
