Thinking back to March 2017, when my family and I first met you- our experience with you was GREAT! You took your time on explaining the process and in helping us (my sister Tanya & I) in choosing a vehicle. We arrived feeling nervous and unsure but left with big smiles on our faces, a feeling of confidence and a 2014 KIA Sorento & 2014 Subaru Forester. It was since then that I had no doubt in my mind that should I need any help in regards to my vehicle, your just a phone call away. The 2nd time I came to see you was August 2020 wanting to trade my KIA in but with a feeling of surety that you will ABSOLUTELY be my guy in achieving this GOAL and once again you DID NOT disappoint- I left with a 2017 Subaru Forester. The 3rd time is when I brought my sister in law Ninia in to see you March 2021- ensuring her that she is in good hands and that without a doubt she will leave with a vehicle of her choosing and she did. She left with a 2016 Toyota Rav4, she was so happy and excited, especially with her only being her in Vermont for 3 months. Bought a vehicle from them 4 years ago...approved for loan at a s 0 stars This dealership has an interesting way with numbers and are very deceitful. Bought a vehicle from them 4 years ago...approved for loan at a specific interest rate. I traded my vehicle in and took new car home. They called 3 weeks later and said I actually wasn’t approved and had to get a higher interest rate loan. I wanted my old car back instead but they no longer had it. I was stuck with a higher payment. I really thought it was me and liked my saleswoman so went back yesterday in hopes it would be better. Made appointment with saleswoman and when I got there she was “busy”. I had an appointment!! Got stuck with someone else but I found a car I liked (love Subaru’s) so new guy sat me down and showed me the numbers. Unacceptable numbers and they said due to Covid they couldn’t give me more for my trade in and couldn’t come down in price for new car. DUE TO COVID!!?? Wow. Gaslighting at its finest. I won’t forget this time. NEVER AGAIN More

Terrible experience Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. My husband & I were looking for a used car for our son. We were shown several cars on the hill in th Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. My husband & I were looking for a used car for our son. We were shown several cars on the hill in the back that are sold “as is” we found a 2009 Honda Fit and agreed on a price. After test driving we asked them to check the ac since it did not blow cold air. The salesman assured us they would put it in the shop the next day to let us know if it needed to be recharged or if it’s a bigger problem. We also spoke to the general manager who reassured us that they would hold the car and get back to us tomorrow. No one ever contacted us we called them several times left messages with no returned call. We finally reached our salesman 2 days later, he said give me 5 mins and I’ll call you right back, never heard from him again. Our teenage son was so disappointed, he really liked the car and was so excited being his first car. My biggest complaint besides that fact that our salesperson was a scatterbrain and obviously the general manager has low standards on how they conduct business is that they could of just said NO to the sale of the car. It makes no sense why they put us through all of this especially knowing this was our son’s first car. The good news is we ended up finding a nicer car for our son at Toyota of Clifton Park and received great service from them. More
