Brian, my salesman, drove all the way to Connecticut to register my new car and did the delivery in the parking lot of our Motor Vehicle department! They worked with me every step of the way on this purchase. Clearly, they are a close group there since, each time I called, whoever answered the phone seemed to be familiar with exactly what car I bought and associated my name with my car. I am completely blown away by how well they treated me and took care of me! What a fantastic experience! I can't recommend this dealership enough and have already told everyone I come in contact with where I got my car and how nice these people are! Thank you to them all! More
In mid August my wife and I were driving from our home in Grafton, MA to visit our daughter in northern Vermont. While on Route 2, heading West, I noticed the engine light on the dashboard had come on. As I drove, my wife checked the owner's manual and we decided that we needed to have this looked into. As we approached Greenfield we asked directions to a Honda dealer and were told of Lundgren. We found them and entered the service department and spoke with Peter. He had us pull into the service bay and then he had a tech come out and analyse the problem. We were assured that the computer code for the problem would not in any way impair the engine's performance. For all this very prompt and thoughtful service there was NO charge. We had never been to Lundgren prior to this visit, but would highly recommend this dealership to one and all. PS - the light still comes and goes on the dash and we still have had absolutely no problem. Our local dealer has verified the finding we obtained that day. I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Dustin(salesman)was very professional, knew the vehecle and all it's components. He was friendly, not pushy. She was very helpful explaining vehicle warrenties and again was very friendly and knowledgable. Because I had a very good expeirence with Lundgren Honda, I went back 2 weeks later with my daughter and purchased a 2008 Honda Civic. I am very happy with my Ridgeline. D. Wills More
After driving my 1994 ford into the ground, I was in desperate need of a new car. My job consumes most of my life and I have little time during normal business hours to spend visiting dealerships. This was going to be my first "new" car and low and behold I visited over 20 dealerships, ranging from CT to Eastern MA. Either most dealerships are terrible or I just have poor luck with dealerships because I was put off by alot of the pressure sales tactics that some dealerships used. Lundgren was the bright spot in my car journey, they allowed me to wander around their lot and then Mary Kaeppel was there to assist me whenever I had any questions.I decided on a Honda Civic EX with Navigation and the car is astonishing. I went from about 15 miles to the gallon to about 45 so far. Mary and Lauren went above and beyond when processing all the paperwork, found the best possible financing and I was in my new car in no time at all. Such frank and honest sales people are to be honored and writing this review is the least I could do. When I need a new car in about 200,000 miles I will be returning to Lundgren. More

We had been bringing our 2005 Element to serviced at Lorenz Honda in Greenfield MA and were surprised when the name changed to Lundgren. I was familiar with the dealership in Auburn MA, when I worked i Lorenz Honda in Greenfield MA and were surprised when the name changed to Lundgren. I was familiar with the dealership in Auburn MA, when I worked in Worcester many years ago, and was impressed with them then. Things haven't changed, with them continuing the same level of friendly service in Greenfield that both Lorenz and Lungren are known for. My wife and I had been considering updating our wheels and had looked at some new and used Hondas at Lundgren back in late 2010 and Mary spend at least an hour getting to know exaqctly what we expected in a new car. We weren't ready at the time but I had a really good feeling about the treatment, the interest, we received. With fuel prices going thru the roof now, we decided to upgrade our fuel economy, looking at the Civic, Insight and the Fit. I liked the new concepts behind the Insight but my wife really liked the Civic: so it was the 2012 Civic, of course with the sun roof!! Mary made sure that we drove whichever cars we wanted to try but it was the Civic for sure. She knew just about all of the features of the car; it is a 2012 after all, and not all the literature is out yet! We absolutely love driving the car, and we were made to feel we are real members of the Lundgren and Honda families. More
I have always purchased Hondas from Lundgren Honda and have had the pleasure to deal with Don McEwen. When I needed a new Honda and found out he moved to the Lundgren Honda of Greenfield, I traveled from have had the pleasure to deal with Don McEwen. When I needed a new Honda and found out he moved to the Lundgren Honda of Greenfield, I traveled from Worcester, 1 hour and 45 minutes one way, just to buy my car, once again, from Don. Don has always been straight-forward as well as accomodating in the business transactions. Don and his team treat you like a name, not a number. The people of Lundgren Honda of Greenfield were welcoming, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure, only a willingness to help in finding exactly what you want in purchasing a car. There was no haggling about the trade in, either. I was very happy to trade in my 2001 crv for top dollar. Again, Don was open and honest about every aspect of the transaction. Then while visiting my cousins new home in Greenfield we noticed the Lundgren name on the new Honda dealership. We had great luck when we bought a previous car at lundgren in Auburn so we decided to check it out. We were very happy to find the same great customer service, no pressure sales just a friendly atmosphere and a great deal on a great car. Everyone that we dealt with were very helpful and we Love our new CR-V. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
We intially contacted Lundgren and were unable to maintain an appointment. We then contacted them via e-mail. They were very helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and honestly. We have waited 7 years to purchase a new vehicle due to the sterotypical dealers taking advantage of us. We were very leery about purchasing. We explained what we wanted. Being a family of 4 with active children traveling for sports, we didn't think a lease was a possibility. The team at Lundgren (I stress team because they truly are) answered all of our questions, explained the leasing process and were straight forward the entire way. Once we entered the dealership, there were no hidden costs. No numbers changed. The staff was very friendly, even to our young children. After a test drive and a proposal, our leeriness sent us to another local dealer. They mocked us when we told them what Lundgren had offered us. The sales manager at this other dealer even told us that if that was the deal, we should take it cause it was great. He then said when they change it at the table, come back and see them. After our experience with this other dealer reinforced or doubt of car dealerships, we called Lundgren and finalized our deal. The deal was EXACTLY what they had told us, via e-mail, two weeks prior. They introduced us to their service staff, let our children draw on their windows and made us feel welcome everytime we went there. We are now the proud leasees of a 2011 Honda Odyssey LX. If you're looking for any type of vehicle, the team at Lundgren will steer you in the right direction. They are very low pressure and straight shooters. Thanks again Lundgren!
