Is by going to a small shop that will charge by the hr and not by the job. But I have had them look at things. And they have told me what is wrong. And not charge a dime. Good experience (as car dealers go) First time here at this dealership. The salesman Phil was wonderful at showing the new 2017 CRV and all the features of the new technology. My family and I have 3 CRVs and know its reliability. The sales experience was typical of every dealership "what can I do to get you to buy this car today" thing. The trade-in was pretty good and the car price was from TRUECAR.COM. The paperwork and registration went flawlessly. Aside from the typical sales manager nonsense this car buying experience was actually pretty stress-free and pleasant. I moved from the Boston area and was used to the cut throat and hard sell experiences so this was a nice diversion from those interactions. Delivery of the vehicle by Phil was great and I am really enjoying this car without the bad taste that I usually get from dealers. More
