He could have given us the hard-sell for a new vehicle, but rather, he understood our reasons for opting for the used model and worked with us to find the perfect fit. The purchase of the Honda Ridgeline was quite easy and quick After researching on line and checking out local dealerships, my wife and I chose to go first to Lundgren's of Greenfield to look at the new Honda Rid After researching on line and checking out local dealerships, my wife and I chose to go first to Lundgren's of Greenfield to look at the new Honda Ridgeline. We took a test drive and decided to trade in our 2006 Toyota Tundra on the new Honda. We were able to complete the deal with minor dickering and drove home that afternoon. Total time, which included going back home (which took 1 1/2 hours) for the trade-in title and a certified check was about 4 hours. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. More

James worked with us to put us in a vehicle that met all our needs. He took the time to explain all the features of the car, and his focus was making sure we had what we wanted. We have never been to a dealership and felt like we were buying from a friend, but James made that happen! Connie worked on her day off to make sure we were set with financing, knowing that we were looking to purchase and drive away in a short amount of time. Classes on customer service should be taught from this dealership!! We will be back...guaranteed! More

Upselling for no good reason I was at the dealership in May for the A1 service on my 2016 CRV EXL. The only code that was displayed was for the oil change. Well Brian Sullivan c I was at the dealership in May for the A1 service on my 2016 CRV EXL. The only code that was displayed was for the oil change. Well Brian Sullivan comes to tell me that the tech recommended I needed my pollen and engine air filters replaced as well as the rear differential fluid replaced. I agreed to both. The new fangled code system confuses me because these got done at 65396 mileage and then on June 27 2018 at 70637 the minder code read that I needed the oil change and my tires rotated ( I have my tires rotated off dealership site every other 5000 miles.) and lo and behold I needed the rear differential fluid replaced again. I actually missed this in reality and just discovered it was done twice in 5,000 miles of use.because I am going through my repair orders/invoices due to the fact that Lundgren doesn't disclose its labor rate to the customer. In over a year's worth of invoices there is no stated labor rate. Just last week the code for the air filter was displayed with the A1 service. I remembered that it seemed like I just had it done and I did....about 10,000 miles had elapsed. These guys shouldn't change the schedule if they can't keep track of the timing when they alter the car's memory. I put lots of miles on and I have always done my maintenance in the suggested schedule when it was based solely on mileage. But even this code minder system is based on mileage so why suggest to a customer to do it in a different rhythm and still have the code minder not be able to be adjusted? When I made contact at another dealership about this situation they were concerned that this service department was recommending things that might not have been necessary. I am done with this dealership. More

Easy and friendly I have always loved the service department but this sales experience (new Honda Fit, my third Honda) was the easiest and most pleasant I have ever had I have always loved the service department but this sales experience (new Honda Fit, my third Honda) was the easiest and most pleasant I have ever had. James was straightforward with me and they did what they said they would do. Once I made the purchase he was very patient explaining all the new technology to me and helped me get it all set up. I have already talked them up to all my friends. I had to come back to have the external simonize applied and James was busy. James filled Andrew in and he was waiting for me at the door. These guys are a very efficient team and work together well. Connie is a sweetheart and was wonderful at explaining all of the paperwork and financing. More
