When it came time to sit down with Connie for the paperwork, she presented additional add-on financial options, which we declined, and she didn't push back. She simply made everything clear and left decisions to us. After we bought our new Clarity, but before we took possession, our trade-in broke down, but Vito assured us that this didn't cause a problem or change the deal. Great HR-V AWD Really enjoying my new car. It is roomy and a delight to drive. I did need to wait to get the model, color etc. for a few weeks to get it, but it was Really enjoying my new car.
