We have been a Chevy customer for years, but after our daughter bought a Honda, we thought we would see more about them. We went to Lundgren because they were recommended by a friend. We were pleased to be greeted by Loisann, a friendly saleperson who let us browse, ask questions, but was never overbearing or "high-pressure." After a short time we fell in love with a 2010 Polished Metal Metallic Accord EX sedan. We were allowed to take a nice long test drive and our minds were made up. Because of an issue with the title on our trade-in vehicle, were had to come back another day to finalize the transaction. Even though Loisann was not there, Randall happily handled all of the details for us. Then it came to the part I always dread - Seeing the "finance guy." My anxiety was completely unfounded. Jeff handled all the paperwork like a pro, and only offered add-on's that made sense for our family. They even handled the complex task of transferring our Connecticut vanity plates from our trade-in vehicle. When we picked up our new wheels, it was gleaming, full of gas, and Loisann had even put post-it tags on the important pages of the owners manual. I will recommend Lundgren Honda to any of my friends and family who are looking for a car. More

As a recent college grad, when I started my seach to buy my first new car a honda civic was my last choice. I had been researching on the internet and I was much more interested in flashier cars in the same my first new car a honda civic was my last choice. However after my experience at Lundgren I couldn't be happier with my choice of a honda civic coupe. I had been looking at smaller sedans and so I came to lundgren to test drive the civic sedan. My sales consultant was Fraser Moss and he pointed out that I may like the civic coupe over the civic sedan... something I had completely overlooked on my internet search. Fraser set up an overnight test drive (!!! something no other dealer offered) for me with the civic coupe and I fell in love with this car. The reason I had such a great experience at lundgren isn't just because I love the car I purchased from them... they were hands down the best dealership I dealt with. Fraser was a great guy to work with; there was never any sales pressure even though he knew I was looking around at other dealerships. As a young female visiting dealerships on her own, I really appreciated this low key sales approach. Fraser also went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted... I of course decided I wanted the dark blue civic coupe, of which there are practically none at any dealership in new england. Fraser, along with Christine (the sales manager)somehow tracked one down for me(this difficulty in finding the car was NOT a sales game, my dad and I called every honda dealership within a 3 hour drive from my house to see if we could find one faster than lundgren and no one had one.) Throughout this long process Fraser kept me updated and made me feel like I was his number one priority. Lundgren was also great because there was no pricing games... they don't bargain on their prices, the price on the board is the price you're going to get. At first I was a little put off by this because I was doing some pretty stiff bargaining at other dealerships and was getting some good deals. However Lundgren's price was very fair and comparable with the "bargains" I was getting at other places. Their financial guys (I dealt with both Jeff Watson and Wes Schofield) were also great... there were no hidden fees or tricks and they explained every aspect of the forms and really made me feel comfortable with the process, something I did not expect from a car dealer. I know this is a long review but I just really want to emphasize what a great experience I had at lundgren. Overall a great place and hopefully I'll be able to buy all my future cars from lundgren... and hopefully Fraser will still be around for me to work with because he goes above and beyond! More

At first I came to see for new car and then I saw good deal for 2008 used car. I took it for a test drive and I was satisfied with it. I had a very specific vehicle in mind in March, 2010. I had my heart set on a 2010 Honda Civic Coupe Si, White. I was unable to locate an Si of this description at any Honda dealership within four states had my heart set on a 2010 Honda Civic Coupe Si, White. I was unable to locate an Si of this description at any Honda dealership within four states radius of Massachusetts. (An Internet search located one in Chicago.) One of the dealerships I contacted was Lundren Honda, in Auburn, MA. Melle emailed me promptly and was friendly and relaxed when I mentioned that I had my heart set on this particular make, model, and color. She mentioned that they were getting some Si's in within the month. I continued my search and found the several weeks of emailing and calling dealers frustrating and emotionally exhaustive. At one point a dealer told me they had located a Black Si in New York and, after taking my deposit, failed to deliver the car. Oh, and previously Herb Chambers told me they had the car on the lot and I drove 1.5 hours to find out they lied. In that time it became apparent that Honda would not be manufacturing anymore 2010s. The experience of having been approved for financing almost a month and subsequent failure to locate the car had taken all the fun out of the process and I had resigned myself of any notion of purchasing a vehicle. Sure, many dealers had made offers of used 2009 and 2008 Si's of blue, black and red coloration but a friend told me that if I was going to spend all that money I should get the car I really wanted. Right at the point of giving up Melle emailed to let me know they had received the Si's and that two were blue and one was white. Cynical and skeptical, I asked her to go out an physically touch the cars, and to send me pictures. I did not want to repeat the experience of driving an hour to be asked if I wanted to test drive an Insight or Accord. Melle emailed me high-resolution photographs of each of the cars within an hour. I put down a deposit and the rest was history. I love the car, admittedly it's a 2008 4-door, but it's a white Si. And in hindsight I'm very glad it has four doors so that I can put my DJ equipment in the backseat. Everyone loves my car at work and in the social circles. A few have even had opportunity to whip it around the turns of Route 62 between Barre and Princeton. Jonathan went the extra mile to ensure the car was detailed to the max, replaced any parts that showed slight wear (such as the wheels), and sent me off with a full tank of gas. I'm looking forward to visiting for my first oil change soon and reconnecting with the staff. Highly recommend this dealer. ~ Charlie More
