Very happy with the service I received. Was happy not to have to haggle with the dealer and prices as is, but also being discounted was a plus. He was pleasant, informative and easy to work with, never pushy which I thouroughly enjoyed. Very happy with this sales rep and would recommend to another person interested in looking at a Honda. Jeff (finance) was friendly and pretty expedient when doing the sales paperwork; went over everything and helpful to answer any questions. Also happy with the kid waiting area, clean restrooms, and the free coffee/hot coco was a bonus; especially because this was a busy place. Also liked how sales rep went over things with the car when picking it up. That was helpful. He also called to tell me I left some CD's in my old vehicle, which I thought was pretty great, considering he could of not told me and kept or thrown away. This I believe showed character. Finally, the only thing I didn't like was the push for accessories. I know it's part of the job, but if I need accessories, I would ask and don't need to be reviewed. Would be easier if they just gave a pamphlet to look over and for the customer to keep should they need anything. Buying or leasing a new vehicle is a great expense for most people, again, pushing accessories is not necessary. This dealership also was a little annoying getting in and out of in the parking lot. It's a very tight lot and it was hard to get a good look at some of the vehicles because they where all packed in. However, I was told the dealership was expanding, building a new lot coming soon just down the road from this current dealership. All in all, I was very pleased with this buying experience. I have leased 2 times in the past and this time, leased for the first time a Honda Pilot, which I absolutley love and I am so happy with so far. Great vehicle. Was glad I came here, per recommendations from family and friends. Would definitely recommend to others looking at buying or leasing a new or used vehicle. More

Sold us a truck, financied the truck, and then stated that the truck was not financed after 3 months. Who sells cars says there financed and then lies 3 months later and says they now are not. We consulted our lawyer and the bill of sale and financing was already in place. Long story short they cheated use in the finance depratment and lied.We were obviously in the right and kept the veichcle. They were wrong, but what an hassle to go threw. The stated that we did not purchase a 100,000 mile warranty that we paid 2,000 dollars for. Lied and said we didn't have the warranty. Said they sold use a 60,000 mile warranty, when we bought the truck it had 40,000 miles. The salesperson explained it as the truck as 40,000 miles so in 60,000 thousand miles it will be 100,000 thousand miles. Yet again we paid 2,000 dollars for that warranty, to reach 100,000 miles not an warramty for 20,000 miles that costs 2 grand rediculous!!! After have to deal with yet another hassle it was fixed after they said we were n the wrong numerous times. This dealer used to be a GREAT dealer, and ever since the son took it over it has become a place of fraud. To bad to. We have brought the truck several times in for problems under the warranty and 3 years later they are saying again we don't have one after numerous times they have covered us for other warranty issues what a joke! Poor managment at its best! More

About every 5 years i buy a new car.my daughter told me about Lundgren so i decided to give them a try. There is no haggling on price as they have competitive pricing. Neal Latino was the salesman and he was very easy to work with. He did everything in his power to make the deal right. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. They stand behind their product offering a 6 month/6k mile warranty, much more than most 30 day warranties at other dealers. They also offer free roadside assistance and supply free loaner cars. All in all, when it is time for another car I will return to Lundgren and work with Neal. It was well worth doing the 120 mile roundtrip from my home. Highly recommended. More
