Terrible Customer Service This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Once you purchase your vehicle, do not expect customer service. Again they took the car to their service and said it had been repaired. This happened three more times in thirty days. I Finally took the care somewhere else. The diagnosis was to replace engine. Went back to Luna with this report. They promised they would handle. From that day forward they have not responded to my emails, texts, or calls. Please, Please do not believe what they say. They do lie. I am going to be out of $2500.00 for repairs. I have never before written a review of any kind. I THOUGHT THIS WAS IMPORTANT! More

2 Cars Purchased I've bought 2 cars from Luna Car Center and both are still running and haven't experienced any issues with either cars. My first car was purchased several years ago and was a 2004 Saturn. That car still runs like a champ. I change the oil every 3,000 miles and keep the tires inflated and it still gives me great gas mileage. My latest car is a 2014 Nissan, and again it also runs like a champ. Luna Car Center even threw in a free oil change when I purchased the car. I generally don't write reviews but having only used the car for a couple of months and not having to go back for any issues, I can honestly say, this is exactly how a used car dealer should be. Great cars great prices and stand behind their cars. More
