If I could give my overall experience a negative number I most definitely would. The car buying process was decent enough, minus one of the salesmen at their parent dealership Lentegrity (across the street). most definitely would. The car buying process was decent enough, minus one of the salesmen at their parent dealership Lentegrity (across the street). He was rude when I didn't accept their initial offer during negotiations. Nevertheless, I bought my car. Within three (3) days my car's battery died and died repeatedly over the past few months. One of the times my car battery died I was locked out of the car. The remote features/the Key Fob completely went offline after the battery died yet again. I was only given one Key FOB and on top of that, the manual key to enter the car was never cut. I had to call roadside assistance to gain access to my car. The next day, I called Integrity to get the car key made. I initially talked to Yanna from the Service Team and explained what happened. It took about a week to get ahold of Yanna after our initial conversation. When I finally spoke to her she was dismissive. She arranges for me to drive to Sacramento (I don't live in Sac), to meet up with a locksmith at the dealership on a Saturday. The locksmith takes the blank key (that was never cut) and says he'll get the key made based on the VIN. When the key is eventually sent to my house it does not work. I called and spoke with Alexi the manager of the Service Team. I tell him the key doesn't work and he becomes rude and unprofessional. He stated he spent a lot of money to get my key made and he doesn't want to spend any more money. Mind you I put down close to 10K on this car. Whatever the key cost to get made is not as much as I just paid to purchase this car. His behavior was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. You should have got the key made before adding it to the market. Next, I speak to a Sales Manager at Integrity. I believe his name was Ortiz. I explained to him what happened and how rude and unhelpful the service team had been. The Sales Manager tells me he's trying to help me, but strongly implied he will do nothing if I write a bad review. At this point, I just want my car registration, so I can take my car to its manufacturing dealership to get the key made. Ortiz says he doesn't have to give me my registration early legally. My registration and plates were due mid-Aug 2023. I still have not received my plates and registration. I have called Integrity several times and they don't answer the phones. This place is where the stereotype of sleazy used car salesmen comes from. This dealership is unethical, rude, unprofessional, liars, and bullies. If you see a car at a decent price, I'd say run away. The trouble you will have after purchase will not be worth it. I took my car to its manufacturing dealership for an inspection and the reason my car's battery kept dying was Integrity put in an aftermarket battery that was not strong enough to support the remote features. Nevertheless, after dealing with professionals, I was able to get my car battery replaced and now it doesn't die. No thanks to Integrity Auto Sales though. Don't walk away from this place, RUN! More
