Will not buy from here again! I am very sad to say I had a very unpleasant experience here recently. I recently attempted to trade in my current vehicle on a Honda civic and needl I am very sad to say I had a very unpleasant experience here recently. I recently attempted to trade in my current vehicle on a Honda civic and needless to say it was downhill from the start. I arrived at the store at approximately 7PM and began to try and work a deal and the minute the clock struck 8PM they pretty much forced me out without giving a valid reason other than they would call me the next day. First time ever experiencing that at a dealership! The next day I never received a call, I had to check on the status myself around 6PM all for them to just tell me they couldn’t do anything. This is very bad business in my opinion by the dealership and the salesman for not at least reaching out to me. I understand that deals don’t always work out but at least have the decency to give your customer a call especially a repeat customer that has purchased 3 vehicles from you in the past 10 years. I do not recommend buying from here unless maybe you are paying cash because they sure don’t like to negotiate at all. It is very disappointing to have to post this about a dealership that I thought I had built a good relationship with. More
