I was a long time happy customer of Lumberton Honda. We purchased a 2018 Pilot and my in-laws purchased a new Honda CRV and I raved about how great the dealership was to anyone who would listen. Josh, my s purchased a 2018 Pilot and my in-laws purchased a new Honda CRV and I raved about how great the dealership was to anyone who would listen. Josh, my salesman knew I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler (for over 2 years), he finally called me to tell me he'd found one that had everything I wanted. I went down the next day to look at it on my lunch. They ran credit checks on my wife and I, gave me a trade in value, we submitted copies of our driver's license and even had USAA add the VIN Jeep to our policy to show proof of insurance. I told Josh I wanted the Jeep and I told him my wife and I would be down after we got off work to complete the deal. in about an hour after getting back, I was texted that the Jeep had been sold. I couldn't believe my eyes and thought he was joking. I've since bought a great Jeep from Dodge of Fayetteville. Lumberton Honda, you have lost mine and my families business because of not having a policy in place to avoid this from happening. When a long time customer tells you they will be back to buy it, you don't sell it out from under them. They seemed to think this was not a big deal. More

If I could give this dealer 0 star I would. They are unprofessional, unknowledgeable and straight disrespectful. The worst dealer I have ever been too. To all my military friends who are Florida residents and are stationed here, please know that you qualify for tax exemption meaning you do not pay taxes on any vehicle you are buying. This dealer will not honor it due to their lack of knowledge and if you try to educate them in this they will call you names and get disrespectful. Save your self the trouble and DO NOT go to Lumberton honda. Take your money and head over to Aberdeen Honda they treat you like family and know the all about the tax exemption. More
