I had been to several other Toyota dealers during the day and this was my last stop.I had thought I might check the other dealers just to see what they had to offer. I was not pleased with the ones that I visited that day and there were 3 or 4. I had previously bought several cars from the Lugoff dealership over the years and had always been very pleased with the service that I had gotten from the service dept. Robbie Hunter had always made my service apts prompt and as convenient as possible. The quality of work has always been excellent. As I was looking around the car lot , I was approached by Alicia Branham and knew I liked her right away.I enjoyed talking to her about the Camry's and she was very helpful in any questions that I had. The customer service was excellent, she was very friendly and had great overall experience in what we talked about. I told her the price that I wanted to pay for my camry and she made it happen. Alicia has contacted me several times by phone and mail to make sure I am happy with my car. I do appreciate this contact and the service that I got with her! Alicia was highly recommended to me by my neighbor who had just purchased a new car and had a great experience in dealing with her. When we found out that a critical detail ( burl wood ) was going to be added at the dealership she phoned me to come see it before it was applied. I am an interior designer and she knew how picky I am. It was not acceptable and she again searched for a Ltd edition that had exactly what I wanted. So she actually found 2 cars for me!!
