I pulled into the lot just to browse used cars. My physical condition caused me to need a different vehicle than I was driving and Tracey offered to work with me immediately. Alecia was so helpful to my husband and I. After driving an SUV for 4 years and my husband a diesel truck for over a year, we decided to look at something better on gas. As I drove into Lugoff Toyota it was raining and Mr. Debruhl was walking towards my car. I was impressed that he walked over to me and I did not have to search out a salesperson. Cody was extremely helpful in that he was not pushy in helping me decide on which vehicle I wanted and he was patient as I thought my way through the process. We spent a lot of time walking in the rain. We both had a great laugh when we discovered that Cody's brother, David, was in my homeroom class at the high school at which I taught. When I had settled on the car I wanted, Cody led me to Trevor's office and we proceeded to complete the transaction. Trevor was thorough, fair, and patient as he explained all of the paperwork. It was not a painful ordeal at all. On the next day, I drove back to the dealership and Cody gave me a great tutorial on the workings of the car. It was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The sales associate was great! He was very friendly and helpful however, the manager was awful! We brought in a coupon from their website stating that if we scheduled a test drive then we would receive $3 helpful however, the manager was awful! We brought in a coupon from their website stating that if we scheduled a test drive then we would receive $300.00 off the sticker price (excluding certain vehicles but NOT the one we purchased.) We presented the coupon upfront, took the test drive and was ready to purchase the vehicle. The manager sat down with us and told us he would not honor the coupon because the vehicle was already priced low!!! He offered to take $50 off but that was as much as he would give us. We really need the vehicle and it was at a good price so we decided to take it anyway. After all of that we had to wait over 2 hours to sign our paperwork for financing (it made it worse because we had our own financing prior to coming in.) The reason it took so long was because we were CUT IN LINE! We were told the couple who cut us would only be in there 5 minutes which eventually turned into over an hour! The ONLY positive thing about this dealership was our sales associate and the sticker price of the vehicle. More

I don't remember the first person I talked to but they were very friendly and transfered my call to Ralph Harper. He too was very friendly and immediately new exactly what I wanted. He didn't have the car I wanted in stock but could get one in from another dealer. It took him no time to locate what I wanted and get it to Lugoff. I was impressed because he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that I didn't want. Instead he worked hard to get exactly what i wanted. He even stayed late after hours on a Saturday evening to go over vehicle operation and deliver my new vehicle to me in person. I would definitely recommend Lugoff Toyota to potential car buyers. They are friendly,professional, and overall a class act. More
