I was introduced to Lugoff Toyota through the USAA Car Buying Program and worked with Alicia Branham in the purchase of a new Rav4. Ralph Harper and Lugoff Toyota were a pleasure to do business with. I found the car on autotrader.com, called Ralph and, based on that one phone call, Ralph was willing to ship the vehicle to a partner business with. I found the car on autotrader.com, called Ralph and, based on that one phone call, Ralph was willing to ship the vehicle to a partner dealership in Asheville, NC, which is much closer to where I live, so that I might see the car for myself. And this was AT NO COST TO MYSELF (unlike CARMAX). The bottom line is that the car was exactly as described and I liked the way it drove, so I bought the car by signing the papers brought to Asheville by the driver (who was extremely nice) and paying with a personal check. Within an hour of arriving at the dealership, I was on my way home driving my new (used) car. It all happened so quickly and so easily that it is hard to believe it really happened that way. I am not used to this kind of experience in purchasing a used car from a dealership. (Usually it takes half a day!) I doubt whether many other dealerships and salesmen would have done what Lugoff Toyota and Ralph Harper did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
