My experience with Lugoff Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I have purchased multiple new vehicles and the process has never been as simple as it was at Lugoff Toyota. We were able to quickly agree on the price of the vehicle and my trade. They went out of their way to get me the best rate possible and I left the dealership very satisfied and happy with the transaction. Brad, Heather, and Ralph were all very professional and couldn't have handled the sale any better. The vehicle was delivered with all agreed upon terms met. I will definitely visit Lugoff Toyota if I am in the market for another new Toyota or a preowned vehicle. More

I love Lugoff Toyota. I purchased a car from them in the past. We were really just going to get my Rav 4 serviced and get my mother a new car. They showed me the 2013 Rav4 and I fell in love with it. I was able to agree with her on a great price for a new Highlander. Upon arrival at the dealership, we worked with Chris who took his time showing us the vehicle and answering all of our questions. We were pleasantly surpised that there were no surprises regarding price - the dealership simply showed us the statement with the previously agreed-upon purchase price. No games! Chris also did a great job following up after the purchase to ensure that we had no other questions or concerns about the vehicle. I was put in contact with this dealership through my bank and drove three hours only to find that expectations were not only met but exceeded in the areas of customer service, price, and product. Megan was very attentive to my requests and constant emails for information and then once I arrived, she had the car ready for me to drive home. The entire process from beginning to end with Megan was effortless an I was never left with an uneasy feeling and in fact felt complete trust in my Lugoff representative. Before I made the drive I had a realistic expectation of the price and left as a repeat customer. If I have to buy a car again in the future, Lugoff Toyota will be my first stop. For anyone who is the market to buy a used car, trade in a vehicle, or is just looking, they need to start at Lugoff as they beat competitor prices within a 300 mile radius. I took Lugoff's initial offer and NO other dealer could even come close. As I checked out, Trevor was the last person I had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only was he he friendly but he did not waste my time. I was able to be in and out of financing in less than 10 minutes. After the purchase, I had some trouble with the title as I lost it and North Carolina has a minimum 15 day wait to request a duplicate. Trevor allowed me to drive off the lot with my new car and send him the title which I take as a sign of a reputable dealership who extends trust to its customers in hopes of developing a long term relationship, not just a single transaction type of relationship. I found this car through USAA and Lugoff Toyota sealed the deal with their quality cars and friendly staff. More
