My wife and I had been thinking of buying a Toyota Highlander for about a year. After visiting several local dealers and checking prices on Consumer Reports, we decided to go with Lugoff Toyota as th Highlander for about a year. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the new store was and we were especially pleased with the friendliness of the sales staff. Cody Debruhl, the internet salesman was my initial contact via email. At the store we met Walter Trieman and he showed us the inventory. Walt was extremely helpful and courteous. He was not pushy and after a test drive he let the car sell itself. Once we decided to purchase, Walt turned us over to Trevor Reames the finance manager. Trevor was not pushy either, and explained additional warranty options. We especially appreciated the friendliness and courtesy extended by the sales staff and finance manager. My wife has diabetes and other physical ailments that limit her stamina and endurance. The courteous and friendly staff made our buying experience a joy. More

Everyone in the dealership was nice and know what they were talking about. We test drive a 2013 Camry along with Glenn Gardner. I fell in love with the car. In the past we had 5 Toyotas in my family. They last longer and the company stand behind their name. Matt Baker gave us a very good deal and Glenn did his job for us to the best of his ability. I have never been to this dealership before and I will recommmend customer. I will be going back again in about 6 months for my daughter. When my husband and I realized that the baby we were about to have could not ride in an old truck with only a front seat, we searched online for a dependable used, well-priced vehicle for weeks. We came across a 2004 Subaru Outback at Lugoff Toyota. We called the dealership before heading out there to make sure the Subaru was still available and spoke with Ira. Ira said he'd have the car ready for a test drive when we got there. The car was ready and waiting and we quickly checked it out and got on the road. Ira was super friendly and he made the process easy and fast for us. My husband was worried on the drive to the dealership because he's never bought a car before (always had hand-me-downs). However, his worries were quickly erased. Ira was easy to get along with and answered all our questions. My husband loves his Subaru and we have peace of mind that the baby (soon to be arriving) will be safe when traveling.Thanks Ira and Lugoff Toyota for everything! More

Megan worked with us by phone to ensure our 60 mile drive to Lugoff was likely to result in us getting the car we wanted at the best price. She helped us find the right car in the right colors and helped us think through the pros and cons of options. She was quick to get help from her coworkers whenever she could not answer a question. She was an advocate for us with the Sales Manager as we discussed price. Finally, she worked with me after we left when I remembered questions and concerns. She made me feel very comfortable, which is important to me because I found the car dealers in Columbia to be pushy. I was also helped by Trevor Reames during the finance process, he was also very friendly and worked diligently to get me to a payment plan I was comfortable with.
