I saw the Toyota Tundra I wanted on their website. I was emailed by Scott who answered all my questions. I evaluated my trade-in using the trade app on the website and received a trade-in estimate. Scott had Ralph call me to discuss the trade and to agree on a price for the new truck. Everything was so smooth and efficient. We set a time for me to arrive the following day to execute the transaction. I met Scott and he introduced me to Mike Coral, as my salesperson. Mike guided me through the process of setting up the Toyota app on my phone and then he went over all of the features in the new truck. Tommy was very helpful in explaining all of the finance options and extended warranty options when completing the paperwork. Everything was perfect in its execution and every question was answered. It was well worth the two hour drive from Augusta to Lugoff to purchase this truck. These guys are courteous, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel like a member of the Lugoff Toyota family. Thanks guys, and will see you again in the future! Awesome team! More

My experience with Lugoff Toyota was Fantastic. When I called them I spoke with Josh who was friendly and professional and gave me a an appointment for the next day. The car had not been serviced for a while and I had fairly recently gone into a shallow ditch so I was anxious to get it evaluated for damage . Josh kept me updated on the work that needed to be done and I authorized it . Two days later it was ready !!! The final cost was fair and reasonable as all of Lugoff technicians are specialty certified. I got an itemized bill and Josh went over everything and answered any questions I had . The car drives like a dream …. Among other things …no more noises. I highly recommend Lugoff Toyota and even though I live an hour away I will be back for service . !! More
