Lugoff Ford - Service Center

Have had my 350 serviced since I bought it new bc I bought the svc contract. My 1st time this spring using lugoff was horrible. My review stated so. Once again I was returned a truck with oily finger prints all over the hood and on my steering wheel. Again. Not one single fluid was topped off.. I had purchased the full svc contract and Bozard Ford always filled everything and even washed the truck--a cust svc. Marcus taking care of me.cost.me.nearly 400 bucks. I.got a text asking me for a review to which i responded "i better not". Marcus called and apologized and offered a.refund to which i agreed. I called him weekly to asked where my refund was. Now he needed a credit card. That was 2 weeks ago. So my review-- shoddy less than professional work and managers who lie to you. Ive learned my lesson on lugoff ford More

Bought a used F-150 4x4 in October 2023 within one month the torque converter needed to be replaced. The service department had the truck for almost two weeks before they diagnosed the problem with us calli the torque converter needed to be replaced. The service department had the truck for almost two weeks before they diagnosed the problem with us calling them every other day asking them about the truck. They quoted us $4k to fix just the torque converter which is over $2k more expensive than three other reliable mechanic shops in the area. Even though we just purchased the vehicle they showed absolutely no concern at the cost of this repair. The truck was also due for an oil change which is part of the service plan purchased with them yet they didn’t even bother to do that in the almost two weeks they had it. I had to purchase engine coolant and top it off because they must’ve missed that when changing the fluids after purchase. Also didn’t bother detailing the truck when it was dropped off for service and fluid changes. Under the back seat was kid toys and food from the previous owner. Absolutely a terrible experience at this point and I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone at this point. I definitely will not ever use them in future purchases of vehicles. More
