Lauren was beyond helpful,educated, and informative about the issues my 2019 Expedition was having. She was such a blessing in a stressful situation. Lugoff was superior to all the other dealerships so I paid extra to have my vehicle towed to Lugoff. I just relocated to Columbia two day’s earlier with four kids and a deployed husband.
