This process was super easy. John Hill made our experience worth is. This was my husband first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. John was so kind and professional, he emailed us detailed videos of the vehicle prior to us coming down. He also explained the process once we got there. Our sales representative Kenyatta Robertson from Lugoff Ford. Wasn't knowledge in the vehicle we were interested. Ram 3500. I pointed out something mechanically wrong with the vehicle and she didn't care Ford. Wasn't knowledge in the vehicle we were interested. Ram 3500. Poor poor knowledge and lack of experience as a customer service agent. We got the vehicle there as a need. Definitely not due to the sales agent. The management team were good in the other hand. Worked hard to get our deal but wouldn't add any services to the purchase such as oil changes or even supervised that the vehicle was topped off with gas and properly clean. More
