This dealership has caused me so much chaos since I bought my vehicle from them which is under two years ago and I’ve had a new transmission a new thermostat now I need other major parts replaced. I had a warranty. It just ran out but I was told prior to that it would work, and they already had an appointment for me. However, when I came in for my appointment, I was told that I had to pay out of pocket, in the beginning when I got my truck they had my truck for about 4 to 5 months with no courtesy car given and that was literally a few months after I bought the vehicle from them. Thankfully I did have the warranty so the transmission was covered. However, I was back in there within a few months and a few times after that as well I wouldn’t recommend buying or going to this Dealership for service they seem pretty backed up as well even for a regular oil change personally, I would sue them if you have any issues like I did and if you need a good lawyer, let me know I’ll give you mine More

I apologize for the terrible review but this was the worst experience i have had at a dealership. I would rather discuss over the phone vs write this but in summary - a 3 day estimate took nearly 2 week worst experience i have had at a dealership. The job was rushed and I was charged way more than was quoted. The guy informed me basically that the Freon may run out in a “matter of minutes” they didn’t know. Prior to that He told he it was going to be $250 only for me to get for the register and it be $470, not once did he come in and inform me of the increase but just assumed it was feasible. I feel he was more concerned with selling me and rushing me out then they were in actually helping me fix the issue. I have given this location multiple chances with business only to leave upset. I live maybe 10 mins away but I drive 30 in order to ensure I receive adequate and professional service from here on out. More
