Lugoff Chevrolet Buick GMC - Service Center

We were having issues while driving thru South Carolina and looked up the closet dealership from the highway and it was Lug off Chevrolet. Dropped the truck off with transmission issues and rented a car ba and looked up the closet dealership from the highway and it was Lug off Chevrolet. Dropped the truck off with transmission issues and rented a car back to Ga. Brain said they diagnosed the problem as a transmission sensor and gave us the price of $2800.00 dollars I approved repair. Days later they said it needed a new transmission at the cost of $7700.00 and I asked if the $2800,00 would be credit to the cost of a new one and they said no. I argued they miss diagnosed the problem and why should I trust their word now, Decide to go and tow our vehicle back to Ga and had a Chevrolet dealership in Greensboro replace the transmission with the same GM trans with warranty at $6400.00. I do not recommend using them for service. More

Terrible experience on my last oil change. I bought the 2018 Enclave new there and everything has been ok until this last oil change. I opened the door to get in there was grease on the seat. I didn't say anything I wiped it off and left. As I was driving home the screen popped up SERVICE OIL LOW ADD OIL. So, I pulled into the parking lot at Midway Elementary School which is 15.5 miles from Lugoff Chev Buick GMC. I turned the vehicle off, sat there for a few minutes, got out and checked the oil. It was not touching the stick. At 11:13 am I called the service department and explained my situation. The girl said, "oh no" and put me on hold. She came back on, and she said she would be sending someone with oil. At 11:24 am she called back to confirm my location and ask I how much oil she should send. I said, "I don't know, send a whole xxxx case, just send enough". At 12:29 pm the technician calls and says he's at the school but doesn't see my car. WRONG SCHOOL. At 1:29 pm I call the technician to see where he is and says he's 10 minutes away. At 1:42pm he shows up with the oil. Two hours and twenty-nine minutes to come 15.5 miles. I paid $95 for this, and I haven't received and an apology, I'm sorry, I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Needless to say, I will not visit Lugoff Chevrolet Buick GMC again! The only reason I rate ONE STAR was because there wasn't anything lower. More
