This dealership has caused me so much chaos since I bought my vehicle from them which is under two years ago and I’ve had a new transmission a new thermostat now I need other major parts replaced. I had a warranty. It just ran out but I was told prior to that it would work, and they already had an appointment for me. However, when I came in for my appointment, I was told that I had to pay out of pocket, in the beginning when I got my truck they had my truck for about 4 to 5 months with no courtesy car given and that was literally a few months after I bought the vehicle from them. Thankfully I did have the warranty so the transmission was covered. However, I was back in there within a few months and a few times after that as well I wouldn’t recommend buying or going to this Dealership for service they seem pretty backed up as well even for a regular oil change personally, I would sue them if you have any issues like I did and if you need a good lawyer, let me know I’ll give you mine More

Sales depth was great. Disappointed with service department. They replaced the lt rear window regulator. When I got home with the truck and opened the door, the door panel Disappointed with service department. They replaced the lt rear window regulator. When I got home with the truck and opened the door, the door panel fell off. I found that the door panel had been pulled off the door and mounting screws were still screwed into door.(door panel is broken). Also the plastic film that keeps the dust and road noise from entering the passenger compartment has been cut out with a knife or razor blade and not even taped back in. More
