He facetimed my wife (as we were driving back and forth to Austin) and provided for a walk-through of each vehicle. We made a decision. He got the paperwork completed, provided for electronic review and waited until well after closing hours to receive our signatures (we were tending to a family member in critical condition at a hospital in Austin).
