The staff in the Service department were all friendly, informative, prompt, and very competent. On this particular occasion, I was having our 2010 Honda CRV serviced. The CRV has the Honda Platinum Service Plan which makes the trip even more enjoyable. I was given an informative summary when I picked up the vehicle; basically indicating the services performed and an overall rating that the vehicle was very road worthy in all aspects. A real "feel good" thing to hear. I've never had a bad experience visiting the Honda Service department in the 15 or so years I've had Honda vehicles. We are a Honda family, with four Hondas or more parked at our house at any given time. Keep up the good work! I love the new furniture and amenities in the waiting area. And, the pastry and coffee provided guests is out of sight. More

I called ahead and made an appointment for servicing. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and they took my car in the shop within 10 minutes. It was ready within an hour. The waiting room was relaxing and there were snacks and drinks if you wanted. I could see in the shop to see what stage my car was in. It was washed and vacuumed when it was returned to me. Since I have purchased 2 vehicles at Lucas Honda over the past 4 years and have had both of them serviced there (on service contracts), I can unequivocally speak on behalf of the quality of service that I h past 4 years and have had both of them serviced there (on service contracts), I can unequivocally speak on behalf of the quality of service that I have received during this time frame. Of interest, over the years i have always coordinated my service requirements thru Scott Adams who, in my estimation, is the consummate professional insofar as addressing my vehicular as well as personal needs. Superb technical expertise as well as his advice on car concerns, open communications, timely job completion and his dedication to customer service have facilitated my ability to have my cars serviced in a timely manner. Finally and most importantly, jobs are done right the first time as evidenced by my not experiencing any oil leaks in my garage or other issues. Of note, most recently, we had noted that a screw became imbedded in one of my Honda Pilot's tires, and air was leaking at an undesirable level. And so, I called Scott who quickly set up an appointment for me to have the tire reviewed (and ultimately changed) so that my wife could keep her pm Dr. appt. His action on my behalf in this case typifies my experiences with Scott and his team of technicians @ Lucas Honda. More

I came with my son; drove up, parked by the trees; saw 3 men standing outside and Ray came from inside and spoke to us and was very friendly and nice, told him what we wanted and nothing else, let him know men standing outside and Ray came from inside and spoke to us and was very friendly and nice, told him what we wanted and nothing else, let him know I did my homework and had a list of all Honda delaerships in the area and if the one I wanted wasn't there I was leaving. H e drove us with the golf cart over to the 2013 Honda Fit 4d hatchbacks and there it was..midnight blue and everything I wanted inside and we went inside and took only a few and we were signed and came back later to pick up car, I never felt pushed or pressured, the atmosphere was very relaxing, everyone around seemed very personalable, but Ray was meant to walk out that door and wait on us I just know it. Will have no problem telling people to go see him for a car. More
Have bought two vehicles and even upgraded one of the two. Given $600 service dept credit on add on that I was not satisfied with. Service dept is also fantastic. I contacted this dealership via interent and got a quick response every time, but when i made a deal with another dealership I received an email saying "thanks for wasting my time." I found this to be very response every time, but when i made a deal with another dealership I received an email saying "thanks for wasting my time." I found this to be very unprofessional and will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. He probably spent a total of thrity minutes in emails helping me. Bottom line, It doesn't matter because this is part of being in sales. Perhaps he should consider another profession. It's okay to think these things, but NOT okay to relay it to a CASH paying customer! More

Brought in a CRV a while back for what I was told was a minor repair to correct an engine light (had run two diagnostics at other repair shops - both came back the same while back for what I was told was a minor repair to correct an engine light (had run two diagnostics at other repair shops - both came back the same minor issue). Was given song and dance about how the diagnostic (run twice) was not really the problem and they would need me to do (and pay) for a third to find REAL problem. Few months later, decide to try them on buying a new pilot. Told them were still considering other makes and wanted to test drive - (NOT buying today) and still given all the song and dance. Realized I had left something in my car that I was considering trading in when and IF we were going to buy a pilot, and found they had taken it upon themselves to relocate MY vehicle to the other side of the lot without my knowledge. Of course left without buying (like we had said we were going to do). Gave them a call back to clarify/confirm their best offer after calling around and not only would they not even tell us what the final offer had been on the vehicle or the trade in, but refused to give us ANY price over the phone unless we came back in! Ralph was nice enough, but very questionable tactics at Lucas...ultimately cost them a sale. P.S. yes i did buy a pilot at a competitor, got a better price on the pilot and the trade-in, and did all of it over the phone! More
