Problem identified and work completed overnight I recently had a significant electrical problem with my 5 year old Honda Odyssey. I got to the dealership before the car completely died. After assessment by the team, they identified the alternator had gone bad and the battery had a bad cell. In addition, they noted that my tire tread was extremely worn and dangerous. They were very professional in identifying the problem and were able to acquire the parts overnight. They were not able to provide me transportation, however, and thus I had to acquire my own wheels while the car waited to be repaired. I waited until the end of the day and ultimately had to call the dealership to see if the work was completed. Of course they told me it had "just" been done.....I got there and paid bill. I went straight to vehicle and had to go back in for help as I couldn't open sliding doors. It was a simple error in that the on/off switch had somehow been changed. The service tech only came and discussed with me after I went back in to get help. More
