I was looking for a manual, accord coupe, sad to say that not many dealers carry this type of vehicle in their lot, after a talk with the salesman and telling him exactly what I wanted, the manager said NO, they would NOT order, because the dealer would not pay for the delivery, I came in with a waiver from honda financial on a special to purchase another vehicle with a couple of waivers, one of them a NO security deposit!!! can you see where I am going with this, another thing is that I question them on a fee over a thousand dollars for add ons that I didn't ask on a vehicle, but the dealer charges no matter what!! looks to me that they don't like a person that is paying attention to every single detail before making a decision to purchase. So, after the third time trying to do business with them, I can finally say that I would NEVER do any kind of business with them, even if is a oil change, and I will teach my sailors to stay away from that dealership, Oh! and by the way, I been trained by the military as a financial specialist to help my soldiers in making wise decisions on any transaction; looks like it pays to study and train on this type of matter. More

Routine Oil Change with anticipated brake pad change. I pre-approved work I expected to be accomplished after the oil change. After inspecting the brake pads, it was determined that it was not necessary I pre-approved work I expected to be accomplished after the oil change. After inspecting the brake pads, it was determined that it was not necessary at this time and we would wait until the next service to determine if the pads were worn enough for replacement. It is always a pleasure to do business with honest people that do not try to do unnecessary work. More

Mr Keene went out of his way to return calls, see the car at MY convenience and took photos. Within 24 hrs Mr Keene had an answer from Honda that they would replace the whole sunroom and not "patch" the roof. I will continue to buy my cars from Lucas. My family has bought 4. Thank you John Keene, you represent the Honda name and Lucas Honda is lucky to have such an outstanding Service Manager! More
