Seamless as usual I recently brought in my '15 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change and it was fast and seamless as usual. Won't change my incorrect email address I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehic I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehicle from them — it wasn't me — and take mine out of their system. I am constently bombarded with emails about service that is due on the vehicle and advetisements for newer models from the company's corporate headquarters. I have contacted Michael Ginyard the sales rep, and people in the service department including the service director, Bob Bruce, and they've done nothing — as you can tell because I recieved this survey and have never been to their dealership. I feel bad that the real purchaser isn't getting the information they need. More

3 year relationship and no issues yet. I have been taking my vehicle to them for 3 years now and have never had an issue. I have always found them to be competitive price wise.
