I called to make an appointment to have my radio (uconnect 5.0 inch screen)looked at in my 2019 ram 2500 still under warranty for no sound thinking that they would be able to thoroughly diagnose it (uconnect 5.0 inch screen)looked at in my 2019 ram 2500 still under warranty for no sound thinking that they would be able to thoroughly diagnose it and determine that it needed a new unit put in. After trying a hard reset to no avail and there is no software update they told me I would have to call back and make another appointmentl when this wuhan virus stuff calms down So they could take a harder look at it. I wish when i called they would have had a definite appointment to thoroughly check it out and at least put in a warrenty claim for a new radio even if they are having trouble getting parts at this time. More
