The service department is horrendous! They kept my Jeep for 5 days for a basic service. Every time I took it in for a problem it wasn't fixed. The service manager doesn't return calls and the other people for 5 days for a basic service. Every time I took it in for a problem it wasn't fixed. I finally talked to him today and he's rude and unprofessional and refuses to fix the problems that I have been in multiple times over the past year. He told me to go back to where I bought the jeep! I dealt with Megan, who was patient with all my complaints about my Trailhawk and she had the mechanic address all the proble friendly and courteous.
