Went for service, stated had bad shimmy and vehicle pulled to left since new. Service said needed wheel balance and alignment. I said OK. After completed, still pulls to left, shimmy is worse, and now pulled to left since new. Service said needed wheel balance and alignment. I said OK. After completed, still pulls to left, shimmy is worse, and now steering wheel is off center to the right. Service says bring it back. I can’t believe no one test drove it to see if shimmy and pull to left were corrected. Also, should have noticed wheel was off center. Disappointing bringing new vehicle in for first time service. I’ll take it back once! If not corrected, I doubt I’ll be back again. Would you? More
