It was an average service appointment. I was a little surprised that I didn’t get an update on various things regarding my vehicle like brake pads, rotors, tires, etc. It seems that they I was a little surprised that I didn’t get an update on various things regarding my vehicle like brake pads, rotors, tires, etc. It seems that they do the oil change and rotated tires but didn’t look to see if there was anything that needed to be looked at. I had to ask if there was any recommendations and was told my 20k service was done previously and the 30k is the next one that needs to be done. I just didn’t feel that things were really checked thoroughly. More

The dealership is great my sales Guy Frank Dudley was awesome. My problem is I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and they only completed one service. Just the oil change was completed.
