I got charged 1000$ for a core on a 500$ radio because a small piece of plastic broke off of one of the back connectors, it was not the same radio with the same features it also works much laggier than the small piece of plastic broke off of one of the back connectors, it was not the same radio with the same features it also works much laggier than the original that I was told it would be, I called to ask for help with my situation and was offered nothing until I argued with them, then they finally offered to “reconfigure” the radio for free for me. I got my truck back with no changes made but, at least they charged me 0$ for the labor I think this place could have handled this much better More

She was polite, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Her professionalism was second to none I wish there were more representives like Kim Bledsoe. I would recommend Kim to everyone. She made a stressful situation completely enjoyable and I left there in a new vehicle very happy. I love that I can easily schedule an appointment online and there is often plenty of availability. My most recent experience the gentleman in the service department was nice. However, I had a part for my j and there is often plenty of availability. My most recent experience the gentleman in the service department was nice. However, I had a part for my jeep pre-ordered and was told it would be there the next day. I received an automated text message from the dealership which stated if I had any questions to text back. I responded with my question and was left unanswered. After 2 days without any communication from the dealership I decided to follow up again. learned the part is now back ordered and will not be here until next week. It would have been nice to have been communicated that information as I’ve stayed close to home for two days waiting for a call. More
