I was a little upset when I left. When I came in, I told the individual that I needed a 100,000 Mile check and 3 light bulbs replaced. when he returned a little while later with the r When I came in, I told the individual that I needed a 100,000 Mile check and 3 light bulbs replaced. when he returned a little while later with the recommended quotes of the 100,00o mile check me mentioned the right front day time running light was on back order. Since the other 2 lights were not brought up, I was under the assumption that they were being replaced. When I got in my car to leave (4 hours later) both my left turn signal and brake light (2 other lights that were out) were not replaced. I did not go back in because I had just spent 4 hours at the dealership and clearly was not heard. More
Kate the service advisor is horrible. We had our car towed in filled out the envelope and put in door being it was after hours, she called and my wife answered the phone and my wife said We had our car towed in filled out the envelope and put in door being it was after hours, she called and my wife answered the phone and my wife said she was rude and huffy over the phone. I stopped in and Kate said I don't know what you are doing with your car but it has a screw in it. Guess she thought we put the screw there on purpose. I asked to see the tire sha said wait here, she came back a few minutes later and said this way. I followed her to the bay and she said see a screw. What are the chances of having a nail taken out the Friday before this visit and now a screw which looked new happened to be 3-4 inches in the same exact line with the patch job on the same tire? If it was not for a male coming over and asking questions and then saying sell him the tire for cost this visit may have been worse. I also found out that Kate talked bad about me when I left and I here I' am not the only one she has bad mouthed. I will admit I was frustrated with the situation being we just bought the car in Sept this year and had to bring it in because sensor or chip would not reset when we put air in the tires, then brought it back because low air warning on the right rear tire, said they could not find anything wrong wife uses car and tire goes flat towed to dealer where they find screw in same tire. Kate needs to understand there are other places to get vehicle serviced at and it is a shame because that is one of the reasons we bought the vehicle because service would be close. I will be exploring the option of getting vehicle serviced elsewhere because of the interaction I had strictly with Kate. We work hard for our money to be treated the way we were and my time and money will be better spent at a dealer who appreciates knowing we pay their salary. More
