This is the 2nd Jeep Wrangler I have purchased from Lucas, and this is the 2nd time they have given me exactly zero incentive to do so. Not only do I find their prices significantly higher than elsewh Lucas, and this is the 2nd time they have given me exactly zero incentive to do so. Not only do I find their prices significantly higher than elsewhere, there is zero give in said pricing, and no added bonuses. The first Jeep I had bought brand new five years ago, and at least managed to get free oil changes with that one. I purchased a used Rubicon this time, and I feel as though I'm going to have a fight on my hands moving forward trying to get them to fix the issues I've found since purchasing. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong on that one, but that remains to be seen. Had I not been stuck between a rock and a hard place, I'd have likely looked elsewhere prior to purchasing this time, and definitely will in the future. In hindsight, I find myself thankful that the parts department was closed and I was unable to add the lift into the financing, as they wanted to charge me $4k for the Mopar 2.5" lift that is availabe online for $1800. 120% markup seems excessive to me, even for a dealer. The only reason I've added a 2nd star, quite frankly, is because I find the salesman friendly and personable. More
