Dropped truck off for a few minor things to get done. Truck sat all day and wasn't touched due to short staff or call outs. Was asked to rebook another day to try and trouble shoot problem. I get it, things happen and are unforeseeable, but used drop box so they could get to it in the morning and wasn't even touched. Will be using Cherry Hill Ram or City Ram on 130 in future. More

The service writers are good but the dealership needs more loaner cars for customers that have vehicles with recalls at least. My Jeep took 6 days (including the weekend) to fix a recall and I have 4 kid more loaner cars for customers that have vehicles with recalls at least. My Jeep took 6 days (including the weekend) to fix a recall and I have 4 kids with a husband who travels a lot. It was not an easy task to work around no vehicle for that long with kids. More
