The issues were drivers side rear tire kept going low on air, front tires wearing funny, the air dam was not attached by all the clips,. His response was we don't those things for aesthetics. Initially I was treated rudely by the sales person when I asked to speak to the manager. I couldn’t recall the managers name. There was clearly a lack of communication between the team members. Salesman was great. Jeep renegade limited brand new, 30 days old, blemish in paint on Hood, airbag light on, anti lock brake light on, check engine light on, seat belt l Jeep renegade limited brand new, 30 days old, blemish in paint on Hood, airbag light on, anti lock brake light on, check engine light on, seat belt light on, would make a dinging sound telling me to put all my seat belt yet it was on. Several other problems. Tried to make an appointment to get things fixed, I was put on there waiting list because I need it a rental car and they only had a few of them. I kept calling every 3 weeks still no car to loan me. Then I wanted to just trade it back in told them because of all the hassle I'm going through to give me a good deal. They replied what do you mean by a good deal. So sales and management would not help me out of the vehicle and they still didn't have a loaner car for me. Management sucks, and it is the worst maintenance service department I've ever had to deal with in my life.
