service advisor did not really know what I was there for. . I filled out all the information on your appointment page listing what I wanted done and all you did was change the oil which was done very fast. go . Issue was not resolved. After paying $4000, the engine light came back on and now the Throttle control light is also on, after 140 miles! But, to rub salt in the wound, the dealership wants to add 3.5% to your bill if you use a credit card and will not accept personal checks! No one should be forced into subsidizing the cost of doing business. More
