I received a fast response from Stacy from the Internet department with the pricing and made a appointment to stop in. When I arrived, the Ram was already pulled up. I was greeted by Michael Ginyard who also did a fantastic job going over all the features and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I requested heated seats and step bars to be installed and Michael made the process so seemless and provided me a rental right away. We reviewed the figures on the truck and accessories and Michael made sure everything was correct and made the process seemless. Amazing Service This dealership was so willing to work with me as this was my first vehicle purchase on my own. The employees I worked with were not pushy, instead they were friendly, patient, and willing to assist. They were able to find the Jeep that I wanted and got it from a dealership in another state. The phone call with the insurance agency took an hour and a half but Ralph stood by helping with any questions I had. They were all friendly and made me feel comfortable during my time there. Ralph made sure my phone was connected in my new jeep and made sure I knew how everything worked before I pulled off the lot. A++ if I had to give a grade. Definitely recommend these guys! More

"We knew it was faulty when we sold it to you" Bought a used Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. The jeep came equipped with touch screen UConnect Radio and bluetooth, navigation. It didn't work at t Bought a used Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. The jeep came equipped with touch screen UConnect Radio and bluetooth, navigation. It didn't work at time of purchase. Salesman promised to address and fix. Service department couldn't fix and said they had to replace with a STANDARD radio. They changed the radio out, completely disabling and removing Bluetooth feature. When we addressed the issue, the General Manager stated "We knew that radio was faulty when we sold the vehicle and don't know why your salesman didn't tell you that. The radio is cosmetic and not warrantied". TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH happened here..... be careful. Who knows what else is faulty? Tags were never addressed either. We had to call the day before the temp expired. Dealership had done nothing yet. Our first payment is due in less than 2 weeks and we still haven't received anything regarding the loan or bank. More
